TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF ECP® - EXPORT CONTROLS PLATFORM

1.   DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these terms and conditions:

ECP®: means the platform available at the website www.zpcsrl.com  and the services delivered to users from it

User: means persons who visit ECP®: and/or use the services provided by ECP®.

Services: means the functions, tools and content made available through the ECP®:

Third Parties: any person or group of people or organisations or entities other than the user or the owner of the website.

2.   GENERAL TERMS

ZPC Srl a socio unico. (hereinafter ZPC) is the owner of ECP® and the provider of the Services delivered through it.

When using the Services connected to ECP®, via the website www.zpcsrl.com, Users are obliged to comply with these terms and conditions of use, in their current form. Use of ECP® and its Services implies acceptance by the User of the current form of the terms and conditions.

ZPC reserves the right to amend, suspend or partially interrupt the services, including access to the ECP® or its contents. ZPC also reserves the right to limit access or to limit Services, wholly or in part, without prior notice and declines all responsibility for such limitation of access or services.

3.   INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ECP® is the intellectual property of ZPC. Users are not authorised to amend, publish, transmit, share, grant for use for any reason, reproduce (in addition to the limits made clear below), rework, distribute, carry out, give access to or commercially exploit in any way the services (including the software) even partially.

Users are authorised to download or print any material made available by the services on condition that all the copyright obligations are respected in full. Any other reproduction and/or use of any content for reasons other than those permitted, or by Third Parties, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from ZPC. In the absence of such prior written consent, ZPC declines all responsibility for the use of content obtained from ECP®.

Access to the ECP® is provided to users on a subscription basis that allows them to use the software as a service and access the data content. In so doing, the user does not acquire any intellectual property right in connection with the software. The user cannot therefore grant rights of use, assign or transfer licences in connection with the software.

4.   PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Please consult the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy Notice for further information on the way ECP® and ZPC comply with regulations governing the processing of users’ personal data in relation to the services.

5.   COMPETENT COURT AND COMMUNICATIONS

These terms and conditions of use are governed by the laws of Italy. The competent court in the event of disputes is the Court of Verona.
